Alfred Saliba Corporation encompasses four distinct services: residential construction, commercial construction, land/site development, and remodeling. The picture is completed with their own drafting department and design department with degreed designers.
New Construction
The mainstay of our corpoartion, Alfred Saliba Homes, is primarily a residential company. We build homes for clients ranging from the first-time homebuyer to luxury homeowners. We proudly set and maintain the professional standard for residential construction in Southeast Alabama. Annually, our company builds approximately 70 homes, representing over 20 percent of all new hom construction in Dothan and the surrounding areas.

Commercial Construction
Alfred Saliba Corporation provides unprecedented commercial construction. They are licensed General Contractors with experience in office, medical, restaurant and retail construction. They continue to grow this area of their business with technical expertise and experience.

Purchasing land to develop residential projects throughout the Southeast region, Alfred Saliba Development has an eye for location and livability. The Alfred Saliba building veterans then put to work their extensive networks to assemble the finest teams of land development planners. The results are thoughtfully-planned neighborhoods, rich in detail and character, which work in tandem with the community's landscape and culture.

ASC Remodeling combines a fair price, quality work, and the reputation and reliability of over a half-century of construction experience.
The mainstay of the corporation, ASC is primarily a residential construction company. ASC is committed to providing the best-quality home at a fair price. Proudly setting the standard for residential construction in Southeast Alabama, ASC buildes approximately 50 homes each year, which represents twenty percent of all new home construction in Dothan and the surrounding area. ASC provides residential construction for first-time homebuyers to custom-built executive estates. Home prices range from $120,000 to $1.5 million. Full-service offerings include customized plans, design guidance, and second-to-none customer relationship management, including warranties and an extensive quality control system.
