Alfred Saliba, Founder

Since beginning Alfred Saliba Corporation over 50 years ago, Mr. Saliba has been leading organizational growth and establishing ASC's reputation as the premier builder in the Wiregrass area. His entrepreneurial spirit, firmly grounded in his commitment to the community, has created an organizational culture that creatively solves building and development challenges through a focus on excellence and service to customers.  After graduating from the University of Alabama in 1953 with a degree in civil engineering, Mr. Saliba returned home to Dothan and decided to stay the course, founding ASC in 1956 with a 1,200 square-foot home.  In addition to the challenges of business, community involvement, and leading the way to industrial development and retention all provided additional fulfillment and gratification. Mr. Saliba has had the opportunity to directly serve through his past and present involvement with the following organizations:

Mr. Saliba was also instrumental in founding the Alfred Saliba Family Services Center (1993) and the Family Health Clinic (2001). In recognition of Mr. Saliba's dedication to business excellence and giving back to the community, he has been the recipient of many awards:

Although Mr. Saliba takes his life's work seriously, he places even more emphasis on family. Mr. Saliba married that former Henrietta Carpenter in 1955. They have three children and are the proud grandparents of nine grandchildren. Mr. Saliba attends Evergreen Presbyterian Church, where he actively serves as a Sunday School teacher, elder, and trustee.

Fred Saliba, President,

Fred Saliba, son of founder Alfred Saliba, has formally been with ASC for over 30 years, but shares a lifetime of experience from growing up around the business, and serves as the President/CEO. Fred graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in business/administration finance with an emphasis in real estate. 

Mark Saliba, Vice President

Mark Saliba, son of founder Alfred Saliba, joined ASC in 1982. Mark graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in general management. His job at ASC involves quality control, particularly with satisfying warranty issues and product involvement. Mark has served on the board of the Dothan/Wiregrass Home Builders Association since 1988, and spent two terms as its President in 1993 and 1994. As a local delegate, Mark began his involvement with the Home Builders Association of Alabama in the early 90's. He served as the 2006 President of HBAA. His community involvements include being Chairman of the Board at Houston Academy, board member of Eufaula Chamber of Commerce, and previously serving board members of Hawk-Houston Boys Club and Dothan Chamber of Commerce.

Roger Speigner, General Manager

Roger has been with ASC for over 25 years. He has been involved in nearly every area of ASC and has over 30 years of construction experience in residential construction, remodeling, and commercial construction. Roger is in charge of all production and works in conjunction with our supervisors to ensure quality is built in to every detail and each stage of construction.

Tommy Horne, Sales Manager

Tommy has been with ASC since 1987. He is in charge of and responsible for new residential construction sales. Tommy has been handling sales since 1993. He is a native of the Dothan area and believes in community involvement, such as supporting the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce. Tommy brings a wealth of experience, including his knowledge of the community and the ability to spot opportunities for housing growth.

Nick Tedder, Drafting Manager

An expert draftsman, he offers nearly 40 years of experience in custom home design. Nick managed a local drafting agency for twelve years before joining ASC in 1980. His known for drawing buildable and livable plans, considering the needs of everyone, from the framer to designer. Nick is also a versatile designer with an eye for the modern and old world charm.

Cody Fennell, CAD Draftsman

Cody joined ASC in 2005 after completing CAD training at Wallace College, Dothan.   

Brandon Price, Estimator/Purchasing Manager 

Brandon joined ASC in 2005. He graduated from Auburn University with a degree in finance, and worked in sales prior to ASC. Brandon's number one job is to control cost, which helps to ensure affordable, competitive home prices. 

Lori Jordan, Controller/Office Manager

Lori has been a vital part of ASC since 1998. She is in charge of all company finances and insurance.

Zach Rogers, Purchasing

Zach graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture 2008.  Zach has taken on the responsibility of purchasing and assists in job estimating. 

Chris Brannon, Supervisor

Chris joined ASC in 2006 and graduated from Auburn with a degree in Forestry.

David Hall, Supervisor

David has been with ASC since 1991 and has over 40 years of construction experience.

Mike Brooks, Supervisor

Mike has over 27 years of construction experience, and has been with ASC for over 22 years.

Ben Saliba, Supervisor/Landscape Supervisor

Ben joined ASC in 2009 after graduating with a degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama.  

Melissa Pierce, Senior Designer

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from Louisiana State University, and was certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification in 1994. She was a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers from 2000-2005. She has been with ASC since 2005. 

Robin Spears, Interior Designer

Robin graduated from Southern Institute in Birmingham, AL with a degree in Interior Design. She has been with ASC since 1999.
